tomtom N3 upgrades

having used tomtom nav2 for a while now i am a happy user. with the launch and option to upgrade to tt3, how many people here have made the leap do you think its worth upggrading? i have heard its a lot more buggy and am a little concerned as i rely heavily on it to get me to my destinations - i am crap with maps
so, come on guys (and gals) hepl me come to a sensible solution!
btw, I USE AN XDA (32mb version) if that will make a difference.
