Vodafone PAC to Orange: activated new sim & done, but...

looks like new temporary Orange number doesn't work

seems to me my original number is on Orange and Voda, does the VF turn off at some point or do i need to ring up?

When the switch happens your old SIM (Voda) should go dead and lose signal and you're new SIM (Orange) will become active, with the correct number.

strange. i got a text this morning say switch phone on and off as updates ready.

basicially originally 2x vodafone on nokia n95 (mine and wife)

got 2 x iphone orange
setup with temporary number and transfered pac when i activated it. temporary numbers are now dead.

if i ring wife on my vodafone it goes to her vodafone nokia.

but when i tried to dial same wife number on the iphone, it goes to orange.

strange?

maybe i need to switch the iphones on and off for it to complete? (which are left at home at the moment)

vodafone has now been cut off

now i wonder if i can get money back off them as my next bill is around the 25th march which is an advance payment in line rental
