Are those your only options?
What's your budget?

Any will do the two jobs you want, although I'd personally recommend the HTC Magic and G1 as the picks of the bunch.

Are you looking to buy it second hand? If so, also look at the original HTC Touch HD, the HTC Hero is just about in price, possibly a touch more, the Nokia 5800 is also worth looking for.

The HTC Magic is very good and the G1 is very similar but with a different form factor (bigger with keyboard).

If you up your budget a little, the iPhone 3G comes into play too.
