Upgrading with T mobile, advice needed!!!!

Im due an upgrade in april and i like the look of the HTC Desire, any one on here with experience of upgrading with Tmobile have any Ideas on what traiffs they will offer this on?? I only want an 18 month contract and dont really want to spend more than £35 a month, for that I want minimum 300 mins and 100 texts with unlimited internet, I dont really want to pay for thbe handset if I can help it!! I was maybe thinking to request a PAC code from tmobile so I had more choice of companies and maybe get a better deal as a new customer what do you guys think??

Has the phone actually been released yet? If not, you won't know any tariffs until it has.

Oh gotcha.

I think it may even vary mate, for example more loyal customers may get better deals?

If not, just check out the deals on their website for things like the HD2?

Yeah, I have been looking, I might just hold tight and see what apple come up with when they announce the next iphone. Is the iphone ever coming to tmobile??? Would I be right in thinking to get the next iphone on an 18 month contract paying about £35 a month line rental im going to be looking at about £150 for the phone?

Who knows? The current one then, yes.

But with there being a 'new one' the pricing may completely change.

I spoke to T-Mobile last week..
Was due an upgrade although now i have the iphone, the handset they provided would have been sold..
The operator said (went through to disconnections) that they could offer me the following -

300 mins
300 texts
unlimited internet
2 year deal

for £5 a month..

I would forgo the upgrade option however with the money saved (was on flext 35) should cover a new handset if required.

Not bad

I upgraded a couple of weeks ago for HTC HD2. Talked to two operators - one guy who couldn't give a sh*t and was a having a bad day, the other lady was really helpful and desperately wanted to sell me the phone but was restricted due to current pricing plans.

However after talking to someone in retentions dept (I simply asked for my PAC code) I got the following deal:

HTC HD2 - free
18 month contract - £25 per month
100 texts, 100 minutes and unlimited internet
Free Eurobooster

It's great for me as I don't talk or text much but use the internet heaps and I'm away in Europe every couple of months.
