anyone know the value of one of these, just dug one out!

Sorry, but you can only do so if you own the website and hosting the image comes from. You can use free services like Photobucket and you can use the forums own image attaching option, available when you create the thread

No idea on the answer to your question though I'm afraid. I can only suggest trying your luck on eBay

there was nothing on ebay, even in completed auctions. i've found one website which values it a 400-600, but not sure how much I trust that, as it's the only place i've seen it

ah well, the hunt goes on!

If you search eBay using the model number there is one which went for $50.

Like you I can find a dealer offering them at £500. I suspect that if you found an enthuisiastic collector then you might get something approaching that, but it would take some doing to find the right buyer. Perhaps a specialist auction, your local auction house will be able to advise of an auction for collectible telecoms.

A general auction or online site is liable to get closer to the $50 price. I have seen much more desirable Nokia/Mobira sell for under £100 on eBay; a dealer will make a handsome profit on that!
