I have a new phone but when i put the sim in its says sim registration failed? Its on
The sim works in my old phone ok? What has happened? The phone i have has been sent to me from The Orange Shop new?

I'd get back in contact with the Orange shop if you've only just bought it. Must be something their end if the sim is functioning in another phone.

Yes its the one i am trying in the phone. The old phone and sim i was goin to give to my Dad.
I think i'll take it into the Orange shop in town and get them to sort it. Was hoping it might be somethin i could sort but hey ho.
