Torn between ITouch & HTC Hero

Hi Guys,

I am really struggling to decide between the ITouch & the HTC Hero. Sounds like a strange dilemma really as one is a phone and the other isn't.

Basically, I am looking for this years christmas present. I cannot really afford the Iphone 3gs or HTC HD2 (I would need to buy them Sim Free!)

However, I like all the functionality that the ITouch exihibits, but for an extra £100 I could also get the HTC Hero.

So my question really is. If I got the HTC Hero is it as good as the ITouch as a music player, video player etc etc? or because it is a phone do these features suffer?

Many Thanks. Oh btw I am in the forces serving in Cyprus, so I can get anything off Amazon tax free so that makes some items cheaper.

I've got an Itouch and had the HTC Hero. The Itouch is the better device for music and video but the HTC Hero is a phone at the end of the day so serve's much more functions.
