Re: recycling with mazuma mobile

Better safe than sorry, 1st Class Recorded isn't much more expensive but gives some protection. Just make sure the insurance cover is at least the value of the phone, I think the standard is something like £39?

Hi Flexo: I suggest, next time you should try mobilephonexchange.co.uk

I have recently sold my iPhone to them. I researched quite a bit and found them to offer the best deal.

I'm wondering about these guys or mazuma - got an N73, N85 and N95 ready to be kicked out.

Surprised that they're all offering £50+ for the N73 though. Its still a damn good phone, but thought it would have virtually zero value by now.

The N95 has a damaged case though, cosmetically its pretty shoddy. Do they reduce the value for a device thats obviously damaged a little more than normal, even though it works fine? It'll only cost me a tenner to replace the case though.

I'm not sure that's correct. When I have used these services, they have stated that anything more than light wear will reduce the price.

They will indeed drop the price of the condition doesn't meet their terms. They deliberately keep the T&C's vague in this area though, but it's worth reading them...
