O2 Sim only tarrifs query

I fancy changing to one of O2s sim only tarrifs when my present 24 month "Online 35" contract ends 1 month today.
I want unlimited internet (I'm aware of their FUP) for my newly ordered HTC Hero and their £19.58 per month tarrif has 600 mins, 1200 texts and an inclusive bolt on of your choice...I'll be taking the "unlimited web bolt on"
Under the tarrif details it states...
"Browse the internet on your mobile for up to 98p per day"
Can anyone tell me what this means?...am I being thick here?
Is that 98p per day on top of the £19.58?...or does it mean 98p per day if you go over your allowance?

No it means 98p a day if you don't have the unlimited web bolt-on.
