Not sure about cloning, but watch out for bluetooth hacking, also have you left your phone un-attended anywhere?, Also lokk at time sent if it was from your phone, or ask what time it was recieved, maybe place your self where you was at that time

Thats the thing the text message was not sent from my phone as the message was sent at 7.17am this morning and i was sat in the office at that time with my boss sorting out paperwork and he showed me the text message.

Surely logic would tell him it wasn't you then if you were in the office with him when the text arrived?

Perhaps his contacts have somehow corrupted?

Re: Some urgent advice please

I'm finding this hard to follow. In post #1 you were called into your boss' office and shown the text message. Then in post #4 you were already with your boss when the message arrived.

Those two posts can't both be true?

Anyway, in these situations its far more likely to be the most straightforward answer. Someone picked up your phone and sent the text.

I see, it was your use of the singular "message" that puzzled me. Now we know it was actually "messages" its a bit clearer.

I hope that everything works out okay for you, it must be very worrying. When you hear back from Vodafone, do let us know what happened.
