My O2 online phone is dying! What do i do?

I have a nokia 7650 purchased on an O2 online contract in May. I have noticed that over the last couple of daysm firast the '2' button starts to need multiple presses for response and now the '1' really doesnt seem to be working. It hasnt been in any weird situation other than its usual home in my pocket so I cant work out what is up with it!

I have had a look on the perpetually crashing O2 site to see what is the procedure but i cant find anything. So how do i go about reporting a problem like this and what are they likely to do about it?

many thanks
