Web'n'Walk Speeds

Hi all,
Does anyone know if T-Mobiles web'n'walk is now HSDPA?

I ask because when i had a Diamond last year i would get a H on the display but it was actually only 3G speeds, HSDPA was only on web'n'walk plus packages.

Have they changed it? I've got a HTC Hero now and i'm getting 300kbps max where o2 / orange users are reporting over 1000kpbs.

Does anyone know?

Re: Web'n'Walk Speeds

Yeah they are, well supposed to be 7.2mbps on certain handsets. It does heavily depend on the signal strength in the area.

I have a SIM which I got with my Sony Vaio laptop as it's got a mobile broadband modem built in and use it when I need to and get on average 3mb or so.

OFCOM just recently released a up to date map, they all were bad, T-Mobile wasn't the worst from what I remember.

If your on a wnw handset plan then you may not get full hsdpa, you wont actually need it as no functions on the handsets need data at this speed.
