Hi all,
Haven't had many contract phones so wondered what is the process.

Had a 24 month contract with o2 for a N95 8GB. This contract is up for renewal in Jan. I have reduced the monthly cost down to £15 in the last couple of months. When its due what phones can they offer you. As the N95 8GB was the top of the range (in its time) does that mean I can choose say the N97 and it goes onto the £15 tariff or does the tarif have to rise?

You carry on paying your monthly £15, nothing happens unless you decide what you want to do, you may cancel if you wish, you can contact your provider and see what they will offer in the way of a deal to keep your custom although any 'deals' are usually based on monthly spend so you are unlikely to get any high value phone without a significant sum up front or an increase in your monthly tariff. The best thing is to decide what you want, new phone, more mins and or texts etc. and speak to O2. You could also request your PAC and port your number to another provider if they can give you a better deal.

re what phone will they go up to while im on £15. So it
sounds like the phone they offer will not be comparable to
the N95 8Gb.
