2 Sim Cards for the same number? on 02 or anyone else?

Hi Guys

i just got my new iPhone 3GS and use it all week, but when the weekend comes, im normally out and about with my band and tour, i dont want it to get smashed, which it will! and yes, i do have a case for it!
is it possible to use my spare Nokia N95 8GB phone with another sim card on the same number and leave my iPhone at home with the sim card left in it and switched off.... ?
im on the 02 Network

i dont want to get another sim card with a different number as my main contract costs me a fortune, and i dont want to keep taking the sim in and out

surely a network can allow this?

Vodafone used to do it on business contract, but no longer as far as I am aware. None of the other networks do it.

That's right, its one of those things that sound like a good idea, but in practise end up being so complicated that costs rise to the point where even a business won't pay.

The simplest solution would be to divert calls from the iPhone to the N95.

(There are overseas networks which offer this, however it seems pot luck as to whether it works as advertised)
