Printing Text Messages

Just a daft question? On a mobile phone can print any of you text messages onto paper? Can you send it to a website or something to print?

Before you say Bluetooth, I have a very old basic Nokia (3510i) that don't do Bluetooth.

Re: Printing Text Messages

I would guess your cheapest & easiest option would be to get a data cable for the phone and then install the Nokia phone software (supplied with phone? Or a download from Nokia web site.) and use that to get the text messages onto the PC for printing.

Mark.
My brother did get the cable (with a serial connector) and software from fleBay, (it was his phone before I got it) but never got it to work.

Why I ask is I was thinking of trying that Car Text Check advertised on TV. I know there are web based ones but that looks so simple.

Is there any other way to do it?

What Network are you on?

O2 have a service called 'Bluebook'; register for this free service and it keeps a copy of all your text messages (and photos) online you can print them from the webpage.

If your not on O2 your network may offer a similar service.

Re: Printing Text Messages

Thanks for that. I am on O2 PAYG. so I will have to look into that. One of these days I will be getting a new phone, probably a Nokia 6303 (I asked about it on here about a month ago). This new phone will obviously have the correct software and cable, but I wanted an alternative, just in case it didn't work.

Do you have a link to this 'Bluebook' service or will I have to find it myself?
