Better mobile internet provider, 02 or T-Mobile?

I'm after a sim only deal and the best two I've found are

T - Mobile solo 20

and

02 Simplicity 20

I was just wondering if anyone has any idea which would be the better for internet providings.

o2 3G coverage is really poor if thats important to you. I believe that T-Mobile and 3 share their UMTS network, meaning you will get much better 3G coverage with T-Mobile (correct me if im wrong!).
