Does anyone have an email address for anyone senior at Carphonewarehouse?

I've yet to receive an invoice for my mobile for this month, despite CPW withdrawing the money from my account nearly 2 weeks ago

Sick to death of either not receiving responses from CPW's "Customer Service" department, or receiving mails that don't answer my initial query Time to take things further methinks...

All I want is my flippin' bill so I can check it!!

Have you registered to get you bills online? You will be able to check back 6 months.

Just checked the CPW web site, under contacts there is an option to email the CEO - Charles Dunstone - Don't know if it will help though.

I use online billing already - that's how I know that my bill hasn't just been "lost" in the post... it just hasn't been produced full stop

Must admit. I haven't had any paper invoices for several months now. I always use online.

When you register for online billing CPW automatically "stop" your paper bill.

I phrased my last comment badly - I was never expecting to receive one in the post but "it's got lost" is the excuse I'd expect if I did
