Advice on 8mp Camera Phones

I'm in the process of researching then buying a new phone for the other half. She likes photography and would like one of these 8mp phones.

At the moment i am looking at either the Sony c905, Samsung Tocco Ultra, Samsung Pixon or the LG Renoir.

Curious as to wether anybody has experience of all or a couple of these phones and been able to compare them. Read some reviews and they seem to favour either the Sony c905 or the LG.
