Okay, got my ps3 and MGS4. About as I expected I guess.

But......THE STUPID CONTROLLER IS KILLING ME!!!!

Now I never inteded my console gaming to run these types of games, but since i've got it im giving it a go.....

can I install a keyboard and mouse for this game?
I know unreal tourny has this type of support. I feel the controller is VERY POOR for aiming.
I don't want to hear..."get used to it".....the mouse is a clear winner (for me) in this instance.
It's not so bad in the sneaky bits, but i've just gone through the frog shoot em up scene and it just didn't work (for me).

Oh, and why oh why are console games still sticking to silly checkpoints? I got stuck the other day at the end of a level and had to stay playing until I found the exit as I didnt want to play through the level again. Not good when the Mrs is "hinting" it's time to call timeout

lol, thanks for the reply.....where did you dig this thread up from?
Completed the game now. The controller is fine for sniping and moving slowly, but it still sucks with fast movements when fighting multiple enemies.

Pads are easy you just need to get used to them.

Try altering the look sensitivity to a lower setting to make aiming easier.
