How the am i supposed to do it without dieing it's bloody impossible. Only have it on the standard difficultly as well.

Your trying to do it with tranq's and stun grenades are you?

As you haven't mentioned which part exactly is giving you difficulty. The mostly likely place I'd imagine your dying is after the slow motion jump scene. What you need to do is kill the two gunners on the heavy machine guns on top of the hummer's, preferably during the slow motion sequence. Also, keep your rations equiped during the whole chase sequence, as it will automatically make use of them once your health runs out.

As long as you keep rations selected (and have enough) you should get through this stage no problem. I made it in one try and think I used about 3 or 4 rations up.

You could also slightly cheat and set your weapon to auto aim.

I had no rations which is what made it so bloody hard.

Anyways managed to do it in the end by pure luck more than anything else

Bit late now you've done it, but with auto aim switched on if you keep holding and releasing L1 you will continually switch to the next target.

The build up to this scene was great , if overly long

I found it dead easy (1 ration, used sub-machine gun), which is odd as sometimes I find other tasks almost impossible.

Now the next bit will be hard, tried once then switched off PS3 as been playing for some time.

Can someone tell me where I am in the game, third/half/three-quarters of the way through?

There are 5 acts and the 5th is quite abit shorter than the others.

Same here, if I remember correctly. It was fairly easy. Just keep on self medicating to keep health levels up.

you can choose a different sub-machine gun on your list of wepons, (you may have to get the id removed/buy it to use it tho)

I cant remember off hand the made of the gun but it holds a few more rounds/bigger mag.. should do your trick nicely...

OK, I'm a bit late to the party here. Bought the game last year when I first got my PS3, then haven't touched it til the xmas holidays when I was determined to get stuck into the story.

Now just about to face The Raven Boss (should be interesting), but had no trouble with the bike chase, despite seemingly missing everything and having Big Mama shouting "for Christ's sake" at me! (Did that happen to anyone else?!)

I thought I did badly on the bike chase, but didn't fail once, nor did I use any rations. However, I could've accidentally used rations, as I didn't realise that leaving them equipped would use them when your life reached zero. (Wondered what the explanation meant, but thought you'd actually have to tell it to use the ration still.) Will check later to see if rations were equipped and how many (if any) I used.

FYI, I swapped over to my P90 almost straight away, as the default gun was pretty rubbish.
