Tried using my the completed save file of my Hong Kong copy of MGS4 to unlock the hidden MGS4 database information but i gather it will not work with the UK database. A link for the US version of the database, which I gather will work, would be much appreciated! Cheers

You could create a US account, sign into that and download it from the store.
