You're a little paranoid but that's normal.

I'd limit my time playing at least for the first 100 or so hours of the panel. Also make sure the contrast and brightness are turned down to reasonable levels.

Given the number of cutscenes spread into the action its probably a game thats least likely to give you issues if you use it normally. The first poster got it spot on though just be careful for a while so it can settle down. With modern plasma's even if you do get some tiny screen burn they can usually be resolved easily without needing repairing.

Re: am i paranoid ??

I was totally paranoid when I first got a plasma. You just have to remember that burn-in is normal. For instance when I get home from work I know if my girlfriends just been watching Animal Planet all day because I can see the logo in the top right hand corner.

Same for gaming, especially rev counters from racing games.

But! Not to worry. As an earlier poster said the first hunderd hours or so are when burn-n happens the most so I really would limit gaming a lot. To speed up your hundred hours leaving it on the burn in screen saver when you're not watching TV. Also, you should get a 'break-in' DVD. It's just different colours that stay on screen changing putting the TV through a sort of initiation test if you will.

Just google for one.
