The last one I have unlocked - only it costs 5m drebin points! still, when you've seen it in action, you simply must have it!!

How do you get these? What does the bandana and the camouflage do that you can buy from drebin for 5m points?

Bandana - Infinite ammo
Stealth - Self explanatory surely? It makes you invisible.

You get the secret weapons through game completions under certain conditions, obtaining emblems.

It may be a spoiler for some people, so highlight below;

WEAPON ~ HOW TO UNLOCK

1911 Custom - Enter password in extras screen*
Desert Eagle (LB) - Obtain Fox Emblem** or enter password in extras screen
Patriot - Obtain Big Boss Emblem or enter password in extras screen
Race gun - Complete MGS4 once.
Smoke Gren. (y,b,r&g) - Available from Drebin on second play through.
Solar gun - Collect all four beast dolls and frog soldier figure.
Thor .45-70 - Obtain Foxhound emblem, or enter password in extras screen.
Type 17 pistol - Obtain Hound emblem, or enter password in extras screen.





* You can use the Extras option at the Main Menu to enter secret passwords that will unlock certain special weapons or items (mk.23, Type 17, Desert eagle (long barrel), 1911 custom, Thor .45-70, Patriot, Altair disguise, scanning plug). These passwords will be revealed by Konami at a later date.

** Emblems are obtained by finishing the game in various ways.

Fox - Alert phases < 5, 0 kills, 0 continues, game time < 6:00, 0 rations, no stealth or bandana, Solid Normal or higher.
Big Boss - 0 Alert phases, 0 kills, 0 continues, game time < 5:00, 0 rations, no stealth or bandana, Biss Boss extreme mode.
Foxhound - Alert phases < 3, 0 kills, 0 continues, game time < 5:30, 0 rations, no stealth or bandana, Big Boss Hard or higher.
Hound - Alert phases < 3, 0 kills, 0 continues, game time <6:30, 0 rations, no stealth or bandana, Naked Normal or higher.

Answer;

'Beast dolls' are given when you take down one of the Bosses with non lethal weapons, they are lying around in the phase where she walks after you.

LAUGHING OCTOPUS - found on bed.

RAGING RAVEN - Top floor.

CRYING WOLF - Near start position.

SCREAMING MANTIS - At north door.


And the Frog figure is given if you again just use non lethal weapons, but this time, in the section where you meet meryl and you have to fight your way out of the hotel. The figure is found in the garage area after the cutscene of Meryl and her team killing the three enemies.

Well I've got all the weapons now...just waiting for the password for M911 Custom (Naked Snake's Main Weapon in MGS3) It can't be obtained any other way

Silly question, but I assume you have to find the weapons first or buy from Drebin ? These arent passwords to just 'get' the weapons are they ?
