Silly me, I was trying to pause a codec conversation with Otacon and SKIPPED IT BY ACCIDENT.

Basically the Rat Team have just demonstrated SOP with 3 of them taking down 3 frogs after the ! hair guy gets shot in the arm. I missed the codec conversation with Otacon and if its a lengthy one, I'd rather not miss out on the contents!

Can anyone tell me if it was a biggie? A good one? I may have to go all the way back to the bloomin shootout in the street, do the abandoned house, frog fight etc to see it again!

I don't remember, so I assume it was nothing important mate.

Maybe somebody else will be able to tell you exactly!

i am currently playing through it again and i think i've got a save just before this. If i have, i'll check it out tonight and get you a general transcript.

Thanks! Although if I get the time... I'll be right on this tonight. Snake was just pointing out how the useless one with the shades wasn't really benefitting from SOP... and then I had my button malfunction...

I don't remember it being a big conversation. I think it was just along the lines of "I've marked Liquids location on your map" kinda stuff

ah good, fair enough. I wondered if he was going to go into some exposition about Akubu or whatever he is called. I may just plod on... and use the excuse to play through the game again once I finish it!

didn't get to do this last night. I'll try to get one some point tonight. How good would it be if you could get all the Codec transcripts from each game? It would be like a little novel of MGS!

finally got a chance to look at this tonight and unfortunately, the save i have is after the whole episode. Im pretty sure its just Otacon explaining to snake who the rat pack's nanos work.

No worries, I'm well in on Act 2 now and banging on. I will be playing again at some point aiming for a no kill game, so no doubt will experience again!
