The rumour is that it's a new MGS starring Raiden, apparently Raiden means "Thunder and Lightning" in Japanese.

A possible spanner in the works is that apparently the countdown ends on the day of Microsoft's e3 conference. Kojima certainly knows how to fuel internet speculation!
