Thanks: Gave 72, Got 7 | My different setups
Well as some of you know i have just been made redundant so had to give up my apartment and move back in with the parents at 23 how great haha
But i thought it would be fun to show my setups from the earliest one i have pics of to the newest one, the pictures go in order.
Currently some of my AV gear is stored and split between the living room and bedroom, well here they are.
Can't wait to get my own apartment again
Also my various subs in order to find one i was happy with, started with the PSW3500, but it started to resonate, then the HST1se was good for the size but not for me now the BK300

Well sub's i have had quite a few, my first one was the B&W ASW675, good, then the two Kef sub's and have heard quite a few having worked in the HiFi industry, and let me tell you i was the same as you are now about getting the BK as you couldnt listen to them anywhere, but F**k me what a sub it is great and can't believe how cheap they are, best sub i have owned, next i want the monolith when i get my own place again, if you do get one you won't look back and think why oh why didn't i get one earlier

Absolutely awesome mixing setup mate. Are they the 1000's? Id love to get some of the top of the range CDJ's to replace my old 100's.
Totally agree about your comment regarding BK subs aswell!

You may have been able to keep the flat if you hadn't spanked all your money on DJ gear |

Go on get the BK sub they are so good, i have been more than happy with mine and the next if any sub i get will be there monolith
Yeah sorry thet are the 1000s, but i still prefer the vinyl

Well, I hope I don't lose my job and have to move out as I no longer have parents to go home too. But I'm sure there are some kind AV enthusiasts on here who could put me up in their garage conversions. |

Well the moving in with the parents is a temp thing until im back in work, here is hoping lot's of CV's sent of, but not much in Halifax.
Don't worry all the leads are QED, they were just so i could use them. Suprising how much you miss not having a full setup once you've been used to it, and once it was all set up in my apartment with the Kefs etc i didn't take any pics and it looked impressive.
Anyway the buttons on the DVP-725 have stopped working, but it will give me something to do seems as i have another one in black for "spares" still won't part with this fantastic DVD player.
Also the stand was a xmas gift

Table Manners: I can highly recommend the denon dnx1500. I was lucky enough to get hold of one of the first ones in the country to review when they appeared a couple of years ago and it's a wonderful mixer. Was really well laid out and intuitive to use. Fully digital with fully assignable inputs aswell I think.
