My Simple Set up.....(Updated)
Thought i'd start my own thread too.
And why not follow this trend.....
I'm 22, a homeowner since I was 19, from York and engaged to be married 2010
It's a basic set up, with the following:

Having my own place is nice, but it was sooo hard to buy it at the time, as i was 19, and my wife to be was 18.
Repton, yes it has slowed my buying rate down.

nice setup mate, 21 here engaged getting married end of year. Know how you feel about buying rate going down lol. This site is class for getting ideas for what i want in my house, got one about 20k less than it should have been but was VERY badly decorated inside. Getting it all sorted now though

Yeah, it's an awsome site.
As for buying, i was lucky to buy off plan (before it was built) so got it cheaper than if it was already built.
