My re-decorated home cinema/living room/kitchen

Finally our complete living room/kitchen/home theatre (=all one space) is completed. Decorated the walls, painted, bought new furniture (KARAT) and setup my new speakers (Canton Chrono) and new projector (Optoma HD20), connected to a new receiver (Marantz SR6004) and hung the Panasonic P50V10 plasma on the wall, with all cables neatly hidden inside the wall.

Yeah sure I do, the same one from the Canton Chrono set. It's tucked away in the far right corner (you can see it 'just' in the first pictures). No way to put it someplace else. I know, not ideal.

Very nice place!

I realy like the design of the Canton's 507, they're not too big.
How do they sound??

Cracking place you got there mate, proper slick. Even with the massive speakers the system doesn't dominate the room, compliments it if anything.

Are you planning to tidy the wires to the PJ? Quite surprised to see that as everything else is spot on

I would love to tidy them a little but it's not that easy. Power cord is pretty long, need a HDMI extender to get signal to the projector through UTP, which also needs a power supply etc.

Only thing left to do is get 1080p working through HDMI>UTP, something I'm struggling with. But I'll get there

Can I ask where you got your Karat Furniture (TV Unit) from?
I have looked on the Internet and could find a UK supplier.

Thanks.

I live in Belgium, so I'm afraid I can't help you with a UK based dealer. But I'm sure if you send an email to Karat, they'll let you know.

Thanks... that explains why I couldn't find them in the UK.. I will send them an email and see what happens.

You have a really nice open plan layout and brilliant AV setup by the way!
