Re: My Condo Setup

I think that bedroom looks very very nice, and the lounge room is certainly a nice place to lay back, relax and watch Dark Night ( or in your case pirates )

Re: My Condo Setup

Thanks you so much for all the comments!!! It really makes all the hard work worth it in the end = ) I may have to borrow my brothers Canon SLR camera so I can take a few better pics.

Ninja - Thats great! Im sure you had a blast wearing it at work haha. Im looking to get me a Darth Vader Helmet next to put on the other side of the unit. You cant really see them well in the picture but above the helmet is Luke's Lightsaber from Return of the Jedi and across from it is Vader's Lightsaber from A New Hope. Yes Im a Star Wars geek

Bob - pretty much got all my lighting from Ikea.

Konsoul - I purchased my unit from a place called Ashley Furniture here in the states.

Beautiful place you've got - very stylish. I couldn't help but notice your CISA qualification - I've got that too. Falling behind in my CPD as we speak...

Thanks a lot! Sorry but the backsplash was standard when they built the place. If you are really interested I can see if I have the build specs somewhere which may list it.

haha yeah i was thinking about it. I recently broke up with the girlfriend and im 26 so this technically is my bachelor pad now and having a 60 inch in the bedroom is some serious kudos ....

It is called Brick by Ralph Lauren The type of paint is River Rock while the tan is Suede also from Ralph Lauren. I had some help with the colors in the living room. I knew I wanted to go with a warm feel and I loved the look of the tan and decided to go with an orange/brick color for the accent wall.

Thanks. I plan to redecorate my room but I am not sold on a color scheme.

I had it in my head that I will go with a modern black and white look as I have a black sofa, setup and a few black and white art. Part of me feels I will bore of it very quickly and I love the look you have. However, being 20 and living with my mum, I don't want to (nor should I really) invest too much. All I am looking to do is the walls really and add a bit of furniture.

Any suggestions?

no worries about the info- I can Google it. Yeah since you are single it has to be the ultimate man cave- 60" in the bedroom and the mirror on the ceiling above the bed!
