He's confirmed that it was for the PSP version. Not a LBP2.

Nice, still good news for me as I'm looking forward to the PSP version.

It would be great if there's some sort of connectivity between the PSP version and the PS3 version.
Maybe like the PS3 shows you playing the game as normal on the TV, but while the PSP is connected is shows a close up view of sackboy during the level you're playing on the PSP screen.
But there are much better ideas than mine

Or they could make LBP itself remote playable, with the ability to downlaod some levels unto PSP which you can then play independent of the PS3.

Don't think I'll bother if both versions are completely independent.

That will be fun to see how the controls will work with the PSP. LBP has been great on PS3 but the controls were quite difficult to master so i am a bit worried that they will have a problem with PSP.
