Mega Tips

This should be delivered over the next few days and I'm hoping to pretty much crack on with it straight away.
I have been flicking through the play and held thread (and sorry if mods feel the need to move this) but i was wondering if there were any "mega tips" that if people played the game through again, would definately want to know!!!

i.e. Uncharted - If your going for platinum, to play the game on hard first time round, as you need to play this mode to unlock crushing, but if youve played it first time round on nomal, you have to play the whole game 3 times. I would of loved to of known this before i started, as it would of saved me 5-6 hours.

Just wondered if there were any tips like this related to LBP.
Hope you know what I mean, and that there are a few tips people feel are crucial.

Re: Mega Tips

LBP Mega tip: Apply favourite alcohol to mouth - relax - enjoy

If you're trying to limit your runs thru it, well you'll need 1/2/3 mates to play with to get all trophies first time on a level. But really you're better off playing it once alone, then go back and get the bits you've missed.

It is a puzzle game, so working out how to get to places is half the fun. If you play with a mate who's already 100% the game it will knock out that aspect.

Re: Mega Tips

makes sense. thanks for the 'mega tip'. I dont like playing games too many times through as i kinda know what to do so it takes the unknown out of it (which is half the fun)

will play it through first time single player!

Re: Mega Tips

I've posted a couple of questions in regards to this in the play and help thread with no responses so far

1. Trigger stickers are not always to be found on the same level as the trigger and sometimes they are on the same level but later on so you have to back track or replay the level once you've got the sticker

2. Some trophies are very easy to get by going on the community levels, the levels will be called stuff like Trophy Heaven or 5 trophies etc.

3. If you are going to try and ace the levels personally I'd try the 'bunker' first, It's definatly the hardest and everyone else seems to have left it till last, but the way I see it is if you can't do that one you won't get the trophy.
You would have to get through all the levels once to allow you to play the levels in any order though

Hope this helps

p.s. If anyone else reads this, is there any chance you could read my questions in the play and help thread
I don't want to read a walkthrough just yet and like the op I don't want to spend hours doing the wrong thing.

Or play co-op with a mate who has the sticker already for that single play thru - but see my post re: spoiling the experience.
