i tried to play online with my mate in lbp last night
no joy
when i try and invite him to a game there is a grey line thru invite
he also cant see me in friends within the game, but i see him
he is defo signed into psn and we can send messages to each other no problem
i guess its something at his end/???

help!

Sometimes the lbp network doesn't let me on. I just kept trying to re connect and it's always worked. It might be as simple as getting your mate to keep selecting the icons for on-line or the lbp store and he should latch on eventually.

Can he go on-line himself but just not connect to you? or can he not connect with anyone?

im not entirely sure, will check that out.thanks for reply , i will get him to see if he can play online alone.

I know it's not exactly helpful, but the LBP network did seem to be a bit flaky last week.
