Trying to see my friends scores for levels. Can only see highest on my system, highest rank and highest rank multiplayer.

Highest rank has no interest to me whatsoever - can i not see friends scores?

The System Scores usually show when you are not connected to the LBP Network (not PSN). When you are connected, friends scores should appear until you beat that score, then the next one higher than that will appear for you to try and beat.
