Last time I looked there was no way to customise sackboy to that level!!

No idea. I've done joker and superman but you can only put so many stickers on, you get to the point where you put a sticker on to colour a certain part and it'll remove a sticker from another part.

I've tried to copy Iron man, you get the neon suit later and you colour it in but it just keeps removing stickers from other parts i've already done.

How do you change colours of clothing? like i wanted bunny ear as i was trying to put batman ears on my dude, but i couldnt change it to black?

And when putting stickers on the face like it doesnt seem to work well can anyone explain this?

I do the same thing with my sackboy, but let me tell you, it isn't easy. Try doing this in create mode so if you mess up on a sticker, you can erase it easily. Also keep in mind that there is a limit to how many stickers can be placed on your sackboy.
