I am looking at a couple of phones (the cookie and the Samsung tocco) and really quite fancy the cookie.

So, a couple of questions for owners. I have read all the reviews but can you tell me:



1. My hearing is not terrible, but not as good as it was. Is the volume from the onboard speaker up to much. I tend to use the speaker as opposed to the headphones.

2. SMS ... is the onscreen (landscape) qwerty keyboard responsive and quick as I hate waiting for a phone to try and 'catch up' with text whilst I type.

3. Lastly, and related to (1), is the volume from the earpiece good when making a call.


They seem basic questions but they are the kind of things that reviews don't tell you.


Oh, and would anyone care to offer any arguments for or against either the cookie or the tocco :-)
