hi all!

although in the specs the Viewty Lite could support 2GB only, i've read in the net that it can actually hold even 8GB, so i decieded to go for something in the middle and got a 4GB microSDHC card.

ist was already formatted so i put it directly into the phone and it said to me: used space 2GB - free space 4GB...mmmhhh...strange, uh?

s i formatted it using the ohne menu function, and as expected it could read only 2GB.

I downloaded SDformatter2.0 from panasonic, formatted the card back to 4GB: again the phone said used space 2GB - free space 4GB.

Moreover, when (after formatting the card with SDformatter) i tried to shoot a picture or make a video using the card as saving location the phone tells me there's no psace available...the only way to use the card was to format it again via the phone menu, losing 2GB.

cana anyone tell me how to solve it?
the phone is running KU990_v10b software.

I believe (not tried it) if you fill the card with a min of 2.1gb ((via computer) with music,pics etc) when the phone then reads the card you can use the remaining 1.99gb

unfortunately that doesn't solve my problem: I would like to use all the 4GB to store pictures and video I make with phone and filling it with 2GB of external material brings me back to the point where I only have 2GB available to save my data...

any other idea?

Even an 8gb card would have to be full to 6gb leaving 2gb again so I don't think theres any other way, unless you delete the 'filler memory' bit by bit while topping up with pics.vids etc taken by your phone (always staying above the 2gb) eventauly all 4gb will be used! a bit of a pain though.

can anyone help me, i have a new citroun c/4 with bluetooth, the phone (ku990i) connects ok, will answer all incoming calls, i cannot b/tooth my contacts list to the car??? any ideas the phone h/book is of no help, and i cannot get to the lg site?
