hi all, there are some problems that i am facing when using this phone. I had tried to seek help through the internet but no luck. So please guide me through on how to solve this following problem. thank alot

Problems:
1: blue screen when playing video or music.
2: unable to hear caller when recieving phone call.
3: software or game that is adaptable for the phone.
4: the speed of connecting using Wi-Fi is very slow.
