I know nothing about mobile phones but a friend of mine has asked me this question. Can anyone help?

"Just bought an LG 501 mobile phone & need to know the correct sequence to enable Bluetooth transfer of photo’s & music from my laptop. Do you need to convert music files in wma to another format for the phone to accept them? I know the photo’s should be in JPEG.

I have wasted too many days trying to follow the user guide but it seems to end its instructions abruptly – HELP! "
