Looking for 46" TV

Hi,

I've been to look at a few tv's today and i've decided on the size. Going to go for a 46" but unsure on the manufacture.

I'm going to be using the TV for

SKY + soon to be HD
Xbox 360
Bluray

I watch a fair amount of football so it needs to be able to handle fast moving objects.

What are the Samsung 8 series like? I also hear there is a 9 on it's way. Is that worth going for? Does the 8 suffer from input lag?

Seen a load of posts about the Sony w4500, good and bad.

Also considering a Plasma, Panny TH46PZ81B

Cheers

What about the Samsung LE46F86BDX? What is this like for Xbox 360, Sky + and Bluray?

Will be about 10 ft.

What is that Panny like for gaming though? Any input lag?

46PZ81 suits your viewing distance. PZ81 has less lag if IFC is off. Its faster than Samsung F96 by around 15-30 ms. Gaming should be very responsive for PZ81.
