37" LCD TV for my PC

Hi guys.
I wanna buy a LCD TV 37" to connect my PC on it.
I'll use it most of the time for PC Gaming ,internet browsing and some movies from PC as well.
I have a few questions, and please advice me,i'm pretty confused about the resolutions and HD Ready / Full HD.
1)Are there TV's with 1920 x 1080 ,and only HD Ready ?Is that possible?
2)For what i'll use it,do i have to care about 60 Hz and 100 Mhz ?
My PC monitor is 24" ,and 60 Hz refresh rate, but for me it's more than okay.
3)When i stick my PC to the TV ,will i get 1920 x 1080 ,the maximal TV resolution,or 1920 x 1200 like on my monitor?
4)Is there a big difference between "1366 x768 and 1920 x 1080" for GAMING and INTERNET ? By "difference" i mean the picture quality / sharpness/clearer image / and so on.
I don't really care about BlueRay movies / full HD / 1080p,but anyway,i'll stick my xbox 360 console,to the TV ,too.
I put here some links, one of those i'll buy it,please tell me your suggestions:
