Need help with Sony V4500/W4000 service menu

Hello, everyone!

I'm in trouble - I need to navigate V4500's service menu "blindfolded", because after the change of "PC monitor mode" parameter TV's screen went off and doesn't show any signal or menus, or OSD, or whatever it is.
AFAIK, the service menu is almost identical to that of W4000's, so if you're happy to own one, you could help me as well.

What I humbly ask you to do is to copy the menu structure here, so I can navigate it "blindfolded" more easily and try to change "PC monitor mode" back to 0.
It would be great, if you could make a photos of menu pages. Or just post the menu text here. I would appreciate any of your help, honestly!

If someone doesn't know, you can enter service menu by turning TV off in standby mode (LED shows red), then input combination on your remote: [i+] (info button in upper left corner), 5 (channel button), Volume Up, Power On (green button in upper right corner). The TV should start and there should be a service menu on the screen.
It is absolutely safe on V4500 and W4000 to enter and surf througn service menu, just don't do any stupid changes in it, like I tried to do =)

I guess, that's all I have to ask. Please, someone, help me!

Are all the buttons ie, i+ 5 vol+ and power, pressed at the same time or one after the other.

Okay, I managed to recover TV by myself with help of some blind luck.
But it seems that TV calibration and black levels got screwed after all...
There's too much clipping in dark picture, and before the problem calibration was near perfect...

Re: Need help with Sony V4500/W4000 service menu

Hi. I'm in trouble like you. I entered service menu and then selected "pc monitor mode". Now my 32V4500 shows black screen and i don't find a way to reset it.

Please, can you tell me how you solved this problem?

I think that if you post here some photos that shows the procedure to go to change "pc monitor mode" i could move trough menu and restore tv.

Re: Need help with Sony V4500/W4000 service menu

had the similar thing (screen cycled colour gradients) think it happened through BRAVIA menu, same luck getting the screen back as well

and

same black levels screw up - picture like pop art, now im trying to figure out how to access the gamma, which on a w3000 is under some menu called BEM(you press the jump [bottom right next to mute] - but this dont work on a w4000..

anyone needs service menu snaps, mail me (they are from a kdl46 w4000 UK
