Samsung LE408686 white interference lines

Got this TV just over a week ago and have noticed the occasional white interference line pop up on the screen on both HDMI blu ray and Sky SD scart input.

Sounds very similar to: SAMSUNG PS50Q96HD white interference lines?

Only happens every so ofter but noticed that just after I switched the set on yesterday it did it two or three times.

If its a fault I'd like to nip this in the bud before it becomes a bigger problem but what's my best option?

1. Only bought it 10 days ago so can I take it back to Comet for a replacement - will they do this? I suspect they will want to send an engineer to look at it.

2. Call Samsung and book an engineer with them

Thanks in advance.
