True Gaming Televisions? Do they exist?

If you walk into a store like BestBuy or CircuitCity, you won't find any true HDTV gaming televisions. What I mean by this, are HDTVs that have relatively little input lag... CRTs had no input lag, but they are impossible to find these days at decent prices in HD. Sony also used to have their KDS line of Rear Projection televisions that had only 5ms of input lag, but sadly, Sony no longer makes them... (I have two of these TVs)...

So right now I am looking to buy a few more gaming TVs... and I have several needs... I run fighting game tournaments, and my attendees are very sensitive to input lag.

1. they should be CHEAP; I don't care about picture quality...
2. they should be 720p, I dont need 1080p and I dont care about SIZE.
3. they should have less than 20ms of input lag... hopefully using TN film?
4. they must have YPbPr inputs; don't need HDMI.

Are there any TVs out there that suit my needs? Thanks in advance.
