How do i do factory reset Samsung LE40N7?

Yeah i just wanna know how i do a factory reset on my Samsung LE40N7. Also is there any hidden menu with my LCD TV?

To enter Service Menu Press the remote - control keys in this sequence :
From Standby Info-Menu-Mute-Power On

Do not fiddle about with any settings as you will probably do more harm than good.

Any idea how I can do this reset if my remote control is not being recognised or isn't communicating with my screen?

I know it can be done with an engineers remote as I have just had exactly the same happen to an LG screen.

I can get to the reset option via the onscreen display by using th side panel buttons, but then cannot enter a PIN as the controller doesn't work properly.
