I am looking for info on how to upgrade or flash the firmware on my Aquos LC32G4U with TUGA1US AVC control box. I understand there has been a recall and a firmware upgrade has been released to correct the "Mosaic effect" . Green worm like patterns on mainly flesh tones but can be all over the screen.
