My mums boyfriend is looking to buy a 37" Lcd. Im trying to offer some help and advice after spending months around last christmas choosing a 32" one for myself.

Having a look around ive spotted the samsung r74, toshiba wlt, and the sony KDL-40V2000 (cant see a 37" on their model list). They all look fantastic but struggling to see the difference between them.

Would like build in freeview

Main uses will be the freeview,dvd playback and hd dvd when the players are eventually out.NO gaming use.

They will be sitting 5-7 feet away from the screen, they prefer silver over the glossy black colour.Willing to spend upto and around £1500.

Any help appriciated, any using one of these screens and want to post their experience viewing them?
