Samsung service menu help needed quickly

Hi i was messing around with the service menu for my samsung tv and somehow i managed to flip the screen upside down and the colours are quite pixelated need help asap as it is our down stairs tv and so we havent got a tv to watch now.

You either need a decent TV engineer or a service manual, which could be obtained from www.chsinteractive.co.uk
