What do people think of the Samsung Series 7 LED tvs?

I saw one in a shop and the picture was excellent!

Can someone tell me the differences between the 6, 7, and 8 series?

Which one is the best series?

8 series improves upon the 7 and is out soon, whereas the 9 series will be the top of the range and out later in the year. Sorry but I can't tell you exactly how each improves on the next though.. will leave that to the knowledgeable ones here...

I had a related question though.., I believe I read somewhere that the 7 series had some "trailing" issues.... have these been fixed? (or was that particular reviewer just being extra picky?) Am wondering how this "trailing" compares to the B650 and A856 series' (which I am having to currently decide between: http://www.avforums.com/forums/lcd-t...0-vs-a856.html)

i havent got one but im going to get one and im heading for the 7 series. dont know if it will be the 7000 or the 7020 yet as we have always had the piano black look and might like a change to the rose shade on the outside.
to me the 7 series is the one to go for as its got more on it than the 6 ( like the wired internet ect).
if you got the dosh then the 8 is the best by the looks with the 200hz.

but i stress this is only what i have read. i like yourself have been into a shop to see it and my jaw dropped, it was just amazing, that was about 6 weeks ago and been looking ever since. it is going to be my next tv for sure and hope soon rather than later.
