The 32WLT68 is a better TV than the 32C3030D - it is 100Hz for a start.
The 32C3030D is really not that great... see
review here for an alternative (and IMO more accurate) assessment.
If you can stretch to £600 I would recommend the
Sharp LC32RD2E or LC37RD2E - both can be had for around £600-£650 from Empire Direct including 3 yr warranty. You may need to find a new 10% discount code though (there will be one somewhere!).
