Was that desperate to jump in and play killzone 2 i didn`t do any tutorials (is there any) My problem is every time i load up the game i wanna just jump into a game I do ok in straight deathmatch but objective modes im running round like a headless chicken.
Flying bots,turret bots are they game specific,do you need a different rank to unlock this feature or do the turret bots at spawn just shoot the enemy.
Any other tips help would be good i would look in the manual but kids will be kids

Bots are unlocked with the engineer class.

What I done to rank up is I disabled weapons I didn't have, that solved the problem of people having better weapons.

We were all on a level playing field. I still allowed all ranks (yiou can only have your ranks, but when I was playing with avf guys some had different ranks etc)

What I would do is set up your own public room, disable all the higher class weapons and classes that you don't yet have until you rank up.

Otherwise it could get frustrating.

Also when you get your medic badge, use it and reviive as many people as you can as it gets you points.

Also go for this if you havent already:

When you account for 10% of the kills of your team in 1 game of Bodycount, you are awarded a Corpse Counter ribbon. When you get 8 Corpse Counter ribbons, you will receive the Corpse Conter Medal, which will now give you 3 points per kill.

No classes are game specific - everything is tied to rank and/or badges. If you have a look at your online stats, once tab is called "unlocks". It tells you what every rank earns you (and what XP you need to get there), as well as giving you all the info on badges.

8 ribbons = 1 badge.

For example, one ribbon is for getting 10% of the body count kills in that game. If you manage this eight times (i.e. get 8 ribbons) you will unlock the "Corpse Counter" badge. This gives you more points for every kill you get during body count thereafter.

The good thing is that:

You can tailor each game to suit.

You can disable assualt class, and allow only your ranks in.

You can allow all ranks in and only allow scout class to be used.

You can disable every weapon apart from the shotgun.

It really can be played how you want it to be.

Unlock saboteur Scout class which is the last class you unlock.....will take you about 15 hours I reckon.

wooahhh just ranked up i get a smg and a shottie and more grenades because of my ribbons im going to put them on my pink bike
But it now says im stuck at the class before and need 1more ribbon again for more grenades and cant think for the life of me why

This happened to me once but next time I played it it had caught up with itself.

Just carry on and hopefully it will show eventually. Maybe try restarting the game so it can reset your settings?

If you quit then rejoin the same game before it's over (I've left by mistake a couple of times and founds this out) it says that your stats have already been submitted for that game so any more points you get will not count.

So in otherwords I think that when you quit you don't loose points or xp, but you also can't quit if you're getting your K/D ratio hammerered in the hope that won't count either!
